1. General Acceptance

By accessing the Saraswati Autotech website, booking a car service, or enrolling in our Technical Academy in Chas, Bokaro, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Car Servicing & Repairs

When you hand over your vehicle to Saraswati Autotech for maintenance, denting/painting, or mechanical repairs, you agree to the following:

• Estimates: Initial estimates provided are approximate. Final billing may vary based on hidden damages discovered during dismantling. We will seek your approval before proceeding with additional major costs.
• Belongings: Customers are advised to remove all valuable items from the vehicle before handing it over. We are not responsible for any lost cash, electronics, or personal belongings.
• Pick-up & Drop: While our drivers take utmost care during the free pick-up and drop service across Bokaro, the vehicle is driven at the owner's risk under standard traffic conditions.

3. Technical Academy Enrollment

For students enrolling in Saraswati Technical Academy courses (e.g., Automobile Technician, EV Technician):

• Fees & Refunds: Course fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
• Attendance: A minimum of 80% attendance is required in both theory and practical sessions to be eligible for the final certification.
• Placement Assistance: We provide 100% placement assistance and interview scheduling, but we do not guarantee a confirmed job, as selection depends on the student's individual performance during the interview.

4. Warranty & Liability

We use 100% genuine OEM/OES parts. Parts warranty is subject to the respective manufacturer's terms. Saraswati Autotech shall not be held liable for any pre-existing issues, natural wear and tear, or defects arising from mishandling by the customer post-delivery.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms, our car services, or academy enrollments shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bokaro Steel City, Jharkhand.
